We chose the slogan “Stop…Think…Take Action” to remind the reader that any good advice that one hears isn’t going to be helpful unless one…
1) Stops what they are doing and removes any distraction that prevents one from concentrating. (Turn off the cell phone, stop talking etc..)
2) Think about what they heard and digest the message until it is internalized.
3) Take action and do something about it.
If one is missing any one of these 3 important components, there is a good chance that they will not benefit from the advice.
In practical terms this means that if one has an internet usage challenge, it will remain until one does steps 1,2 and 3 above.
